Adopt a Child.
A child is waiting…find out how you can provide
a loving forever home for a child in San Diego’s

Give to the CAPF Foster Fund.
Each year hundreds of children leave foster care with
no financial support to pursue higher education. Invest
in the future of a former foster youth by supporting
CAPF’s scholarship program today. Visit our

Become a Mentor.
Thousands of children in foster care need and deserve
a loving role model to help them succeed and to reach
their goals. You can be that role model by becoming a
mentor for a child under the age of 18. Call 858-616-5930.
Become a Special Advocate (CASA).
You can be the voice for children in the foster care
system by becoming a court appointed special advocate.

Help a Former Foster Youth Just In Time.
Unlike most teens, for whom leaving home is a gradual
process, for foster youth turning 18, without family
support, these teens must care for themselves immediately.
