**EVENT WAIVER
In consideration of the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation, KFMB News 8 and Stan Miller permitting me to participate in the Give Your Heart to Kids Ride, I hereby and for my heirs WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE, FOUNDED IN WHOLE OR IN PART UPON ANY TYPE OF NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT, that I may have against the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation, KFMB News 8, Stan Miller, and the San Dieguito Union High School District, which includes all directors, officer, employees and agents arising out of or resulting from any and all injuries or damages or any nature, including death, which I may suffer while taking part in the event or any activities connected with the event. I understand this means that I agree not to sue any or all of the named parties in connection with this event.
